This measures reachability, not correctness. One unauthenticated probe every 5 minutes tells you a provider's API answered — not that your request would have succeeded. Providers routinely report elevated error rates while their endpoint still responds, and those do not appear here. A provider counts as down only after two consecutive failed cycles, and a timeout is retried four times first.

Corrected 2026-08-30: 140 earlier failed probes were bare timeouts from our own monitor, not provider outages — SambaNova was rated 99.55% here against zero incidents on its own status page. They are excluded as unprovable rather than counted against a vendor.

requests is the gateway's own view of real traffic — whether completions for this model are actually succeeding through the router. reachable is the 5-minute liveness probe of the serving provider's API, which is why it is the provider's figure and not the model's. The first column is the one that answers “will my request work”.
